AI narration and server-owned rules
The AI game master turns confirmed events into a scene, dialogue, and readable consequences. Before narration, the server checks intent, capabilities, scene objectives, and campaign data. Free-form model text cannot by itself grant an item, experience, or victory.
Memory receives confirmed facts, the map receives applied changes, and companion presence or relationships come from game logic. Retrying a request must not award the same result twice.
Boundary and failure behavior
The model remains probabilistic: wording can vary and an external provider can fail. The game should surface that failure without pretending an uncommitted success occurred.
